Deposit Operations position available

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Responsible for various duties, including wire transfers, funds balancing, ACH transactions, assist customers with transactions and many miscellaneous duties in the operations department, including in house operations and processing. Responsible for the timely and accurate operations of the main frame computer and daily processes of the bank. Run Core programs and applications, which may include: Electronic banking, general ledger, exception items, deposit and loan applications and accounts payable system.

Skills:

• Use professional and clear verbal communication skills
• High quality writing skills, using accurate word usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation in all written correspondence
• Ability to understand legal and documentation requirements
• Self-motivated
• Ability to develop long term relationships
• Ability to use professional phone etiquette, including tone and volume of voice
